Rooms - Ranging from large to small rooms the guest house consists of 16 well decorated rooms.
Decoration theme of the rooms - Unlike the traditional western decoration theme Ludiaana has something different to offer the guests that occupy the guest house. The rooms have a blend of Japanese and Chinese style, from the wall decorations to the colour scheme of the rooms 
The feel the rooms give - The general idea based around the rooms is to give the guest a feel of Chinese and Japanese form of living. The guests will feel the welcoming gesture offered by the rooms, as they are ready to expose the guest to something totally different from the usual.
The theme of the rooms - Japanese and Chinese themes are used.

In-house and outdoor facilities are offered by Ludiaana guest house. These facilities cover all the needs the guests will desire and some are offered as a source of entertainment towards the guests.
